There is only one reason to praise Russia, and that is the assistance it provided the West during WWII. Before that and the day after the war ended there is no reason to praise Russia, especially since it grabbed so much territory after the war (Poland, etc.) I don't know what it is with the people and leadership of that country, but they deserve no help or recognition from us, especially when they are trying so hard to take over the US, both through an illegitimate president and an illegitimate political party (the republicans...)
