Unlocking ‘American Monster’ Series

Removing the paywall for the weekend on this vital new series about US criminals who accelerated global fascism

I am paywalling more reporting moving forward with the expectation that people are realizing supporting independent journalism is critical in the fight against fascism. Thanks to the influx of new members and founding members, I am removing the paywall for the weekend on my new American Monster series, which — more than anything I’ve written recently — really explains how we got to this inflection point.
