And speaking of hard facts and history, I had such a great time with Dietmar Pichler and Monique Camarra at Bette’s Happy Hour last Tuesday, I asked them both to come back and Dietmar is joining us today. Monique just informed me she’s jamming on preparation for a presentation so we will miss her this week, but I know she is doing important work, and we’ll bring her back soon. So here is today’s menu:
