I hope everyone is having a Sunday that includes self care and things that bring you joy. Mine started with early preparation for RadPod’s interview with Dr. Mia Bloom, one of the most brilliant and kind women I have ever had the pleasure of interviewing. Look for Ep57 of RadPod to drop tomorrow. Then I had to prep for my interview with Adrian Goldberg, the host of Byline Radio, where we were joined by Keir Giles and Peter Jukes to discuss my latest piece in Byline Supplement, The Rolling Insurrection.

Alright, I am going to practice some self care now by going on a hike to my favorite spot, featuring views of downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Mountains, as well as coyotes and dozens of species of birds.
