"Cognitive warfare is aimed on change of outlook,” And Tatiana's comments on how difficult and how long it would take to reverse such changes are sobering - at least one generation.

(Always using a headset to listen, I had difficulty understanding Tetiana during these video interviews and live events. I'm not hearing the consonants well enough, perhaps with the microphone, or maybe its placement, that was used.)
