“This inauguration is like celebrating drunk driving that murders people.”—Tom Carter
After a decade of warning that it can happen here, it happened.
Abandoned on the battlefield, I wrote what it felt like to be a woman without a country.
So I am traveling to wipe away the blues, and because I am not going to sit on Twitter another eight years to instruct the media what they are doing wrong. This is a global fight for the very future of the world, and we are all now global citizens.
So last night at 3 am, jetlagged famished, I stumbled into a skyscraping gangster cafe in London, tear-stained face because patriots are now dissidents and that is just how the story goes.
I cried a million teardrops, and I will cry a million more. And I will still have a happy life, because that is what I have been instructed to do. I will commit small acts of resistance wherever I go. When I saw a pile of Epoch Times with a sign that said ‘free’ at a diner, I pulled out a sharpie and wrote, ‘This is propaganda.’ The host nodded her silent approval.
I learned to commit small acts of resistance, because Tom Carter told me to.
I woke up to a message from Tom Carter today. The veteran newsman turned Leonard Leo whistleblower sent me an article in The Independent about Leo, with quotes from RadPod/Bette guest Gareth Gore.
Look at the photo of Leo — the judicial couper — that is embedded in the article and tell me what you see.
Tom is in DC, and he told me:
“This inauguration is like celebrating drunk driving that murders people. It could have easily been prevented. I’m sooo pissed.”—Tom Carter for Bette Dangerous
He tried for 15 years to get the media to pay attention to Leo’s Catholic mafia.
“[Leonard Leo] figured out twenty years ago that conservatives had lost the culture war. Abortion, gay rights, contraception - conservatives didn’t have a chance if public opinion prevailed. So they needed to stack the courts,” said Tom Carter, who served as Leo’s media relations director when he was chairman of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), in an exclusive interview with The Daily Beast - July 9, 2018
And now, a criminal has been granted a throne.
From that throne, he commands the most powerful military in the world. He is joined by other criminals.
So at 3 am in a gangster cafe, overlooking Tower Bridge — a testament to Britain’s own history of hooliganism — I was, for the moment, out of tears.
I had to correct the cafe’s Russian host that it was not the Democrats’ fault that the fires raged in California, it was nature — what happens when rain doesn’t fall but the winds still come.
As the cafe’s music transitioned from old school hip hop to old school rock, Creedence Clearwater Revival’s ‘Run Through the Jungle’ came over the speakers — a protest song about gun control.
I thought it a fitting metaphor.
Walking the streets of London in the early morning hours, I didn’t worry about guns.
My mind flashed on the ocean of my home.
We are all gonna have to learn how to surf.

Thank you for telling us how you are. I trust that you are surfing. At 4:00am PT I woke, then was unable to go back to sleep. Quiet outside, and quiet in this building, yet sensing a disturbance in the Field.
