• NEW DATE! Sunday, Jan. 5, 4 pm PT — Author Nancy MacLean joins Bette’s Speakeasy to discuss US Resistance efforts and her updated version of Democracy In Chains. Open to all levels of membership.

Those who joined our Founder’s Day event today with Keir Giles were treated to a superb reality check on the myriad fronts we are facing. We learned from Keir about Poland’s crash rearmament to deter Russia, and Finland’s success in inoculating its citizens against information warfare. We are so lucky to have such brilliant guests join us.

Our next event is our EuroTalk Happy Hour, Tuesday, December 3, where we will be joined by such luminaries as geopolitical analyst Monique Camarra, the Disinfo Resilience Network’s Dietmar Pichler, our Bette friend Sid who lives in the heart of the Georgian protests against Russification. And hopefully, our friend Paul Niland from Lifeline Ukraine will be able to join us to help advise on self-care and mental wellness during difficult days.
