Jack A. Bryan has been a guest of both Bette and RadPod many times, and he is an example of the friends you make along the way in the trenches of independent investigative reporting.

Long before I met Jack, I had his film — Active Measures — on a 24/7 loop and wrote about it in 2018, which Jack then reposted. The music was stunning and his meticulous attention to the details and scale of Russia’s attacks on the West resulted in one of the great documentaries of this era. Jack is going to be discussing his thread from 2023, where he used the wayback machine to show the Russian narratives being pushed through social media and the connections between those who appeared in the RT indictment. • Filmmaker and producer Jack A. Bryan joins us for an update on media and Russian influence campaigns. Jack produced the brilliant podcasts Lawyers, Guns, and Money, featuring John Mattes, and American Psyop, featuring our friend Wes Clark Jr. What connects Jack’s work thematically is he reports on ongoing assaults on Democracy, and how today’s attacks are often rooted in history — a history where high-level criminals skated to come back and interfere with our democratic processes again. If you have not yet watched his film Active Measures, I recommend you do so.
