Each Tuesday for the past two years, the Bette community has been coming together at either noon or 5 pm PT for our weekly wellness checkin. Because it’s an election year, I began inviting expert guests to join us — from Martin Sheil to David Pepper, from Anne Nelson to Monique Camarra — so we can best focus our efforts and energy on how to ensure a good outcome in the US come this November.
