• Bette’s Happy Hour — a weekly wellness checkin for global newsies

  • Tuesday Oct. 3, 5 pm PT — after last week’s yoga session, join me in putting your computer on the floor and stretching during our wellness checks. Thanks to Bette member Randolph, who often uses the hour to exercise, feel free to stretch, workout, and do whatever feels good as we take the hour to checkin on how everyone is doing and what folks are doing stay well. We will also be taking a vote to see if we want to make a monthly yoga session part of our Happy Hours.
