I was so excited when I woke up two years ago in Palm Springs to interview Jackie Singh for the first time. The lead threat analyst on the Biden 2020 campaign is now one of my besties, but on that 4th of July, RadPod was doing our first interview with her.
And then Highland Park happened. I still have PTSD. I went into investigative mode, and followed the digital traces the shooter had left behind, the rabbit holes he’d gone down and the trails of radicalization he’d left for us.
We have to do better, America. We have to acknowledge the war we are in.
As the majority Supreme Court just declared the Revolutionary War irrelevant, I have joined my podcast partner Jim Stewartson in declaring my independence from the Supreme Court. They do not represent the America that I know — legalizing machine guns to put them in the hands of a radicalized populace in a time where US traitors are ginning up violence is not safe, America. Having criminals on our highest court declare Trump a monarch is not safe, America. Removing environmental protections is not safe, America.
Join Jim and I in declaring independence from SCOTUS.
Jim also had the brilliant idea to have Biden use his executive power and just lock the doors of the Supreme Court. Lock them out until after November, when we retain democratic governance, we can impeach Alito and Thomas. We can start there.
Lock them out.

I’m dashing off this post to you, because I want to make sure RadPod’s latest interview is seen and shared widely.
We interview Dietmar Pichler, a Vienna-based disinformation analyst and media literacy trainer, who founded the initiative “Disinfo Resistance Network,” which aims to connect experts from various fields, such as historians, political scientists, security experts, IT professionals, and journalists, to exchange information, network, and develop common strategies to counter foreign influence by hostile authoritarian countries.
We talk about how to spot agents of influence in the wild, useful idiots, soft propaganda, and the importance of understanding we are in an Information World War, and the value of understanding the Cold War to understand our current global war, as well as the importance of the events of 2014. He explained all these active measures are to subvert our societies.
“How to spot agents of influence, yes, it’s about what they say, but it’s equally important what they don’t say, what they fail to mention,” said Dietmar. “I saw a distinct pattern with agents of influence or useful idiots about the Russian invasion — they defend Russia as much as possible, demonize Ukraine as much as possible, without getting spotted too easy, and then still having a rational aura, although it’s not really rational, it’s to connect with some viewers. We also have the NATO provocation narrative, and what they never do is talk deeply about the Russian occupation, about the torture chambers, the deportation of children, and Russian imperialism, because this does not fit their narrative. They talk about ending the war, because war is always bad — and then we come to the peace movement, which is very much influenced by the KGB in the Cold War and still is... they’re like sleeping cells… the tankies, the Soviet-nostalgia far left, they never seem to have an issue with the extreme right. But they can’t speak about occupation or torture or imperialism, because then the whole house of cards collapses.”—Dietmar Pichler, RadPod Ep101
