Marty and I have been documenting the untimely deaths of Russian oligarchs over the past year, and the tally is staggering - now documented at 40.

Marty - retired IRS criminal investigator Martin Sheil - has reported with me on what appears to be gangland war - not unlike the bloody and brutal aluminum wars of the ‘90s that resulted in Oleg Deripaska running the racket.
