Our weekly happy hour brings Bette members together to focus on mental wellness, as we share the things in life that make each of us feel better. Our Happy Hours offer an opportunity for us to get together in the spirit of community, and I look so forward to seeing many of you today.

Each week, we have been joined organically by special guests and last week Active Measures filmmaker Jack Bryan surprised everyone with stories from the trenches, and we geeked out together over our favorite French films.

The Happy Hours alternate weekly between noon and 5 pm, and today we meet at 5 pm California time. Next Tuesday, we will meet at noon PT. Also, just a reminder - paid members will also receive a registration link to our next Sunday ‘Speakeasy’ forum on May 21, featuring geopolitical anaylyst Monique Camarra updating us on Italy’s ‘soft fascism’ and the war in Ukraine, which she monitors daily.
