(https://hmd.org.uk/learn-about-the-holocaust-and-genocides/what-is-genocide/), which lists VERBATIM (!!) the crimes itemized in the UN General Assembly resolution and definition of genocide as a crime under international law (ratified as a Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide on 12/9/1948).
To finish up my rant (this time, at Israel): Fast forward to 9/16/2025, when the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory ruled that Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, explicitly identifying four actions on the UN's 1948 list: (i) killing members of the group; (ii) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (iii) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; and (iv) imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group. I suggest paraphrasing from the Zionist site, especially since the graphic the HMD created credits Dr. Gregory Stanton genocidewatch.com.
