‘BOMB, INVADE, OVERTHROW’: RadPod Ep98 — Erik Prince’s Group Chat Leaks with Ken Silverstein

I am so proud and grateful to the Bette community. Yesterday at our Happy Hour, our guest Ken Silverstein shared some opinions that he knew we would likely not share. But each and everyone of you treated him as a guest in our house, and if we could just have more of that please in the US at this moment, our nation would be in far less peril.

Divided, we are weakened. But when we come together to find the things that unite us, we are strengthened. In this moment, what unites us is the danger we are in should men like Erik Prince and his literal Nazi associates gain more power through a Trump victory in November. His reveals about the group’s thirst for domestic repression is truly alarming.

Two of my big takeaways from Silverstein are that this group of far-right extremists, which Silverstein said ranged from “extreme right…all the way to fascism,” are cultic in their devotion to Trump.

He also said that Mike Flynn gushed over Tucker Carlson’s interview with Vladimir Putin, citing it as one of the most important piece of “journalism” in modern times.

In other words, everything that my podcast partner Jim Stewartson has been reporting for the past four years on Flynn’s devotion to Putin is evidenced in Silverstein’s findings.

Silverstein also said the fealty to not only Trump, but to Carlson and Prince was extreme, as well.
