RADICALIZED Truth Survives co-host High Fidelity — a Silicon Valley technologist — explains the social media war zone, how the battlefield is owned by the enemies of democracy and what we do about it
Let us consider the two largest video platforms dominating internet traffic today — YouTube and Rumble.
YouTube: a platform designed with weaponized algorithms to subtly and deftly move young men (the most vulnerable and easily swayed of our populations) into a right-wing infosphere of lies and disinformation, where they are recruited and radicalized for fascist aims. Alex Winter dissected this phenomena in his film The YouTube Effect. If you haven’t watched the movie, at least take the time to watch his interview with RadPod.
The network of family and friends of damn near every American is mapped. Their thoughts and desires are logged. Every piece of data about us brings the crosshairs into finer focus.
We know the PayPal Mafia (not a joke, an admission) infiltrated Silicon Valley and turned it into a digital weapons’ factory cranking out artillery and explosives in service to fascism.
And to cover for the technoligarchs’ malfeasance, the fascist operatives in Congress and on television screens screamed about “Big Tech’s' ' censorship and anti-right bias. The sturm and drang of spies, desperate to have their espionage remain unknown, blanketed with the fog and smoke of unbridled information warfare.
When one of their foot soldiers, an Anonymous internet troll outted as Douglass Mackey, was caught and prosecuted in a limited hangout, the voices of those same fascist operatives howled even louder (warning: fascist propaganda), becoming a maelstrom of “it was just memes!” because it is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that the fascists keep their digital media companies, troll armies, and internet manipulators hidden behind the Oz-ian green curtain.
Joe and Jane Public must remain ignorant to the means the fascists use to twist and break minds. Joe and Jane Public must never know that an entire system of weaponry, used every day to destroy their lives, hurt their family and friends, inundate their daughters with eating disorders and self loathing, and turn their sons into red-pilled, misogynistic, radicalized, sociopathic, hate fueled shooters, was sold to them simply as a benevolent little application on their phones that would help them “connect” with friends and family around the world.
Anonymous must remain anonymous to retain its power.
We know it’s there though, even if we’ll never acknowledge there’s an entire class of internet citizens, mostly elite level coders and sociopathic trolls, who are attempting to destroy America. We see it in our feeds. We feel it in our bones. We hear it in the deranged Pizzagate pedophile propaganda spilling from the mouths of those we once considered “normal.”
We know the internet malcontents were harnessed by the PayPal Mafia and Steve Bannon. Andrew Aurenheimer, Fred Brennan, and Aubrey Cottle shepherded the Chan sociopaths into the army which now fires upon us daily, and every day, their ranks grow with more victims of the fascists’ information warfare.
And as is typical of any fascist insurgency, they have been broken into cells — small unattributable groups whose acts of real life and digital terror are designed to be labeled “acting alone” by a deliberately blinded press, and law enforcement that is either wildly incompetent or sinisterly complicit.
But their goals remain the same, and are intricately aligned with their billionaire financiers and enablers — the destruction of the American experiment and an end to democracy globally. A thousand years of darkness is nearly upon us, and we can’t even recognize those who are driving us towards the cliff.
Please wake up.
The accelerationists are everywhere. Right or left no longer have meaning. There is only democracy or fascism.
Please wake up.
And while another young, male, radicalized accelerationist recently attempted to create a martyr for the fascist cult with the attempted assassination of a presidential candidate, it does not change these basic facts — Donald Trump is a rapist who attempted a coup. He will end democracy as we know it, and deliver us into the hands of fascists.
