As I was about to press send on my latest report about how chaos events always preceded fascists seizing power - I learned that Trump had been criminally indicted. Although it will be the first of many, I had to pause for a moment and acknowledge how the news made me feel.
Emo, and that’s okay. I will be listening to my FBI playlist, which has a f**kton of Jawbreaker on it.
As Joyce Vance taught us, this indictment is the origin story of Trump’s election interference. It matters. As will all the others.
